Infrastructure audit.

No-obligation site assessment of the environment, the existing connected infrastructure, the operational outcomes that matter, and the realistic scope of a connected-environment programme. The audit document becomes the foundation of every later stage.

Design and specification.

Commercial-grade engineering designs and equipment specifications, defensible against procurement, insurance, regulatory and audit review. Designs respect the environment as it actually exists, not as a clean-sheet exercise.

Installation and project management.

Certified engineering teams handle the physical install. A dedicated project manager owns timelines, safety compliance, stakeholder communication and handover documentation across the entire engagement.

Commissioning.

Every device, gateway and node is calibrated, tested and verified against the operational baseline measured at audit. We commission to evidence, not to schedule.

Lifecycle service and maintenance.

Long-term service contracts cover proactive maintenance, scheduled recalibration, rapid response and continuous improvement. Synergy® stays accountable for the infrastructure for the life of the install — not just until handover.

Integration and technical support.
