Our methodology.

The Synergy® method is repeatable on purpose. Every environment is different, but reliable connected infrastructure still needs the same controls: audit, design, installation planning, commissioning evidence, handover and lifecycle support.

Consultation.

Engagement begins with a no-obligation infrastructure consultation. We listen, we walk the environment, and we frame the operational outcomes that matter to your executive and facility teams before any hardware is specified.

Design.

Our engineers design the connected environment around the environment as it actually exists — layout, services, constraints, safety. Specifications are commercial-grade and defensible against audit, insurance and procurement scrutiny.

Implementation.

Installation is run by certified Synergy® engineering teams, coordinated by a dedicated project manager. Local logistics, safety compliance and stakeholder communication are owned by Synergy® so your internal teams stay clear of the burden.

Integration services.

Connected infrastructure rarely lives alone. We integrate sensitively with existing BMS, security, energy and facility systems — without forcing a rip-and-replace.

Project management.

A named project manager owns the engagement from kickoff to sign-off — weekly reporting, change control, safety audit, handover documentation. Single point of accountability throughout.

Commissioning.

Every device, gateway and node is calibrated, tested and verified before handover. We commission against the baseline we measured at audit — so the operational outcome is provable, not asserted.

Lifecycle service.

After sign-off, Synergy® stays accountable. Service contracts cover proactive maintenance, scheduled recalibration, and rapid response when the environment needs attention. We stay long after the install closes.

Technical support.

A named technical contact, defined response targets, and a single line of escalation. Our support engineers know your install because they (or their colleagues) commissioned it — not because they were briefed when the ticket landed.

Continuous improvement.

Every engagement is reviewed quarterly against the operational baseline measured at audit. Where the data points to a better configuration, a missed efficiency, or a maturing capability, we propose and prove the change before recommending it.
